Essential choice storage

The website stores the barkada-cookie-consent key in the browser's local storage with the selected choice and the date it was saved: options accepted or essentials only. It is not an HTTP cookie and does not contain personal data; it remembers the decision so the banner does not appear on every visit.

This storage is necessary to apply the user's choice. It remains for up to 12 months from the choice, unless it is changed or deleted earlier.

Optional technologies

If non-essential options are accepted, the website may load the following services:

• Vercel Analytics: visit and navigation measurement for website statistics. It loads only with consent; retention details depend on Vercel.
• Google Maps: an embedded map showing the location. It may involve requests and storage managed by Google.
• DISH: an external booking widget. It may use cookies or similar technologies to provide its service and manage the booking.

CMS technical cookie

When the private CMS area is enabled, the barkada-cms-session cookie keeps authorised staff signed in. It is HttpOnly, Strict, secure in production and lasts for a maximum of 48 hours. It is not used to track public website visitors.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

You can choose Essentials only, Configure or Accept non-essential in the initial banner. The settings allow you to accept or reject analytics and maps/bookings separately. The Manage cookies link in the footer opens the settings again so you can change your decision; if you do not change it, we will ask again after 12 months. When non-essential options are withdrawn, the website stops loading new Analytics, Google Maps and DISH resources and blocks future Analytics events.

You can also clear local storage through your browser settings. If you go directly to an external website, that website may use its own cookies and you must manage its preferences there.

Third-party information

Direct links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, DISH, delivery, social networks, digital menu services and review websites do not automatically load their services inside the public website. When opened, the external provider may process data under its own terms and policies.

This policy will be updated if the technologies used, providers or applicable law change. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
